Pamela Learned

Pam Learned

President

Pam Learned founded Word Work in 1992. An award-winning journalist and community volunteer, Pam created the marketing communications firm to connect the shared marketing needs of businesses and communities.

Pam served as executive director of the Regional Improvement Consortium from 1992 to 2008. As manager of Souderton-Telford Main Streets, she oversaw the economic and aesthetic revitalization of those two Pennsylvania boroughs from 2003 to 2006. Previously, her work as an investigative reporter for the Gannett Company garnered two awards from the Associated Press Managing Editors Association. Much of her subsequent client work has been professionally recognized for business communications excellence. Pam is a graduate of Smith College.

Pam’s community service roster includes serving on the board of the Chestnut Hill Community Association, and as an advisory board member to the Lamb Foundation. She served on the board of directors for the Harleysville Rotary Club, and chaired the Indian Valley Chamber of Commerce’s Legislative and Municipal Affairs Committee.

Michelle Nicole Noonan brings to us a blend of writing, design, and market research talents. Her background includes public relations and retail assignments. Along with serving as project manager for Web and print projects, she also provides public relations support, and is responsible for the website marketing research conducted by Word Work. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Boston University with a concentration in Public Relations. She is also a graduate of the Indian Valley Chamber’s Community Leadership Institute class of 2008.

Since graduating with honors in design from York College of Pennsylvania, Kortney Felice worked nearly 7 years in the health care nonprofit sector, delivering creative solutions to answer tight client budgets, especially in print mail from design to delivery. At Word Work, we rely on Kortney’s cheery get-it-done approach to high quality design, print production and website development.

Joining Word Work as a copywriter and editor, Aimee Theriault is excited to bring her national magazine experience, creative product development background, and entrepreneurial spirit to the team. Writing is Aimee’s true love, and some of her editorial work can be found in: Men’s Health Magazine, Organic Gardening Magazine, and the green foodie blog .DigginFood.com. In addition to contributing her editorial savvy to all the client text at Word Work, Aimee will be exploring Germantown Avenue to uncover exciting news and happenings from Chestnut Hill shopkeepers for hillontheavenue.com. As a proud and active Lehigh University Alumni, Aimee bleeds brown and white. Graduating with High Honors, Aimee earned Bachelor of Arts degrees in journalism and creative writing.
